Refund Policy

Your RPGme game is a digital product made just for the person you are giving it to. Here is how refunds work.

1. Before your game is built

If you have paid but have not built your game yet, email us and we will refund you in full.

2. After your game is built

Once we have built a game around your answers and photos, the work cannot be resold, so we look at refund requests case by case. If your game failed to build, does not load, or something in it is broken, tell us: we will fix it, rebuild it, or refund you.

3. How to ask

Email support@rpgme.ai from the email address you paid with, and tell us what happened. Including the link to your game helps us find it quickly.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows the money within 5 to 10 business days.
